Now he mounts a 35 KG Loring. His passion and respect for the coffee bean is expressed in every sip.

The Esmeralda is an Icatu varietal bean with a peaberry screensize from Brazil. It is roasted a little darker, designed to provide that classic espresso profile in a deep heavy bodied chocolatey cold brew. 

Roast: Dark

Flavor Profile: Apricot, chocolate, nuts and caramel

Ideal Uses: Cold Brew, Espresso

Varietal: Icatu

The Bushido Blend is a secret blend of coffees consisting mostly of yellow catuai varietal.

Roast: Medium

Flavor Profile: Chocolate, nuts and sweet milk

Ideal Uses: Espresso

Varietal: Yellow Catuai

The Bourbon is a yellow bourbon varietal bean from Brazil. It is a pulped natural, making it clean and crisp, with notes of citrus. It is roasted exclusively for filter coffee and cold brew, with a much lighter profile compared to the Bushido Blend.

Flavor Profile: Apricot, honey and brown sugar

Ideal Uses: Filter, Cold Brew

The Onix Micro is a yellow bourbon varietal bean from Brazil. It is our most delicate bean, in limited supply. The flavor profile contains fruity notes. It is roasted exclusively for filter coffee and cold brew, with a much lighter profile compared to the Bushido Blend.

Flavor Profile: Honey, sweet milk and red fruits

Ideal Uses: Filter, Cold Brew
